Hamilton High School students presented
Five Hamilton High School students taking part in the Youth Apprenticeship Program spoke to board members about their experiences. There are currently 95 juniors and seniors taking part in the program, almost twice as many as participated during the 2025-26 school year. Students can choose from a wide variety of pathways, such as healthcare, education, manufacturing, farming, electrical and STEM-focused jobs. The Youth Apprenticeship Program remains a great source of pride for Hamilton High School and the school remains grateful to community business partners who make this program possible.
Strategic Plan Metrics Approved
There are three focus areas of the Hamilton School District 2026-29 Strategic Plan. Each metric is presented alongside its current value, three-year average and 2028-29 goal.
- Engaged Learners: academic proficiency, growth, wellness and post-secondary readiness metrics
- Connected Adults: staff engagement, wellness and retention metrics
- Safety and Operational Sustainability: fiscal health, facilities and safety metrics
