Hamilton students place at international conference

Five students represented Hamilton High School April 28-May 3 at the DECA International Career Development Conference in Anaheim, Calif. DECA is an association of marketing students.

Competing in Travel and Tourism Management, the team of Halley Greeneway and Holly Rindfleish placed in the top 10 overall out of 150 teams from around the world.

Other Hamilton students who competed in the event were Mitchell Muehler, Christopher Ebsen and Supriya Talwar.

Hamilton DECA was also recognized at the international competition with the School Based Enterprise – Gold Level Recertification Award and the Diamond Level Membership Award.
