Registration for Hamilton High School fall drivers’ education, including theory, simulation and behind-the-wheel is Aug. 7 and 8.
The theory phase begins on Sept. 18 and includes 16 two-hour classes from 3:40 p.m. to 5:40 p.m. The simulation, which starts in October, is six two-hour classes. Behind-the-wheel includes six two-hour lessons and is held 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., 3:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. or Saturday mornings.
Completed forms without fees will be accepted at the high school office during school hours or by mail. Forms should be returned to the school by Sept. 14.
Fees are $150 for theory-simulation, $150 for behind-the-wheel and $300 for the full program.
Students who will be 16 years old by Aug. 30, 2008 are eligible to enroll in all three phases of the program.
