Robo Run has family activities

There will be plenty of activities for families May 5 at the first annual Robo Run sponsored by Hamilton High School Robotics Team 537 and the Robotics Booster Club. Participants can walk or run the 5.37 K event in the scenic Menomonee Park and stay for refreshments, robot demonstrations, kids’ activities and music.

The $15 event fee includes a free T-shirt, snack and beverage while quantities last. Not included is a $2.50 parking fee. Check-in and registration begins at 8 a.m. at Picnic Areas 1 and 2. The run-walk will start at 9 a.m. rain or shine.

Menomonee Park is located at W220 N7884 Town Line Road in Menomonee Falls. Visit the Robotics Web site at www.team537.com to register for the Robo Run and learn more about Hamilton’s Robotics team or call Laurie Cox at (262) 246-8491.
