The Maple Avenue Home and School is gearing up for its ever popular fundraising event that draws people from throughout the region. More than 100 crafters will sell arts and crafts Dec. 2 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Maple Avenue Elementary School, W240 N6059 Maple Avenue in Sussex.. A draw this year will be a raffle featuring exhibitors’ donated handmade items. Admission and parking are free. Breakfast and lunch will be available.
Exhibitors are still needed for the great booths remaining for this much-anticipated event. People interested in reserving space should contact craft fair coordinators Cheryl Johnson at (262) 246-4780 or Cheryl.Johnson@redprairie.com or Jill Bazile at (262) 691-7695 or bbazile@wl.eyecom.com.
Crafters will benefit from an extensive advertising campaign reaching local and surrounding counties. Crafters are encouraged to obtain flyers about the Maple Avenue event to distribute at other shows.
Proceeds from the event directly benefit children at Maple Avenue Elementary School. The Home and School extends appreciation to participants who help contribute to what they are predicting will be a “fabulous craft affair.”
