Jensen selected as Hamilton associate principal

The Hamilton School Board has approved the hiring of Lucas Jensen as Hamilton High School Associate Principal. Jensen began his new position August 10 in preparation for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. Jensen joins the school’s administrative team as current Hamilton High School Associate Principal Marquea Goike takes on expanded responsibilities as the extended learning coordinator, continuing to develop hands-on, real-world learning opportunities for students.

Jensen has 17 years of teaching experience and most recently served as interim assistant principal at Whitnall High School in Greenfield, Wisconsin. Prior to his administrative role, Jensen also served as an instructional coach, science content leader and science teacher at several local high schools including Oconomowoc High School, Bradford High School and Oak Creek High School.

Jensen earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He earned a master’s of science in curriculum and instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master’s of science in educational leadership from Cardinal Stritch University.

“We are excited to welcome Mr. Jensen to Hamilton High School in this important leadership role,” said Hamilton Superintendent Paul Mielke, Ph.D. “He brings a wealth of experience and a strong belief in the importance of building relationships to create an effective learning environment. We look forward to the positive impact he will have on our school community,” he adds.
