Hamilton High School juniors Dylan Frankovis, Shivansh Gautam and Evan Basse accomplished what few students do. All three students earned a perfect score of 36 on the March 2026 ACT college-entrance exam.

Frankovis, Gautam and Basse are among the top performers across the nation, with less than 1% of students in the U.S. earning a perfect score.
The ACT includes the following sections: English, mathematics and reading, as well as an optional science test and writing test. A student’s composite score is the average of English, math and reading scores.
