Hamilton School District receives Chamber award

Hamilton School District has been awarded The Chamber’s Captain of Industry Award for embodying leadership, demonstrating civic responsibility and contributing to the overall quality of life in our community. The award was presented during the 2025 Chamber Award Banquet on January 30 at the Delta Hotels Milwaukee Northwest in Menomonee Falls.

Chamber Director Jess Goniu said the district exemplifies all that this award represents. “For your innovative practices, steadfast leadership and enduring contributions to the students throughout the community.”

“The district’s commitment to creating opportunities for all students sets a remarkable standard,” said Goniu. “The district goes above and beyond state requirements, focusing on long-term success for students. Furthermore, the district’s ability to navigate growth and lead meaningful change has made a lasting impact on our community.”

“Hamilton School District is truly a cornerstone of the community, inspiring excellence and shaping the next generation of leaders. We are so proud to recognize your contributions and celebrate the positive impact the district has made,” said Goniu.

Superintendent Paul Mielke, Ph.D., accepted the award on behalf of the district.

“We are certainly honored to have been chosen for this award,” Mielke said. “Community and business support along with the engagement of parents have been important factors in being able to offer families in our community an exceptional place to learn.”
