Five Hamilton High School students earned bronze medals for placing in the 70-79th percentile on the National German Exam. They are:
- Kayden Vandermolen;
- Jacob Bender;
- Rebecca Skelton;
- Margaret Flynn; and
- Sophia Chaney.
Vandermolen, Bender, Skelton and Chaney received a $50 check and certificate in recognition for the essay portion.
Additional students who were recognized for achievement are: Jake Povletich, Sabrina Last, Ella Hutton, Katelyn Wilcox and Lauren Weber.
The American Association of Teachers of German (AATG) administers the National German Exam to over 20,000 high school students each year.
