Community members will have an opportunity to provide input to the Hamilton School Board on the qualities they would like to see in the next superintendent. District residents are invited to participate in an online survey (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VK6M2D9) that asks them to think about the challenges and opportunities the district will face in the next five years and express their views on what the next superintendent will need to be successful.
A similar survey is being offered to employees. Along with the surveys, the School Board scheduled focus groups to hear from school and community groups. Feedback from the surveys and focus groups will be compiled and reviewed as the School Board identifies the profile of the ideal candidate for the position.
The online survey will remain open until Jan. 15.
