The Hamilton High School Drama Department invites community members to attend its production of “Don’t Drink the Water” April 29 through May 2 at 7 p.m. and May 3 at 2 p.m. The performances will be in the Hamilton Fine Arts Center at W220 N6151 Town Line Road, Sussex. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students and senior citizens.
The story takes place in an American embassy behind the Iron Curtain. An American tourist, a carterer by trade, and his wife and daughter rush into the embassy two steps ahead of the police who suspect them of spying. Unfortunately, the ambassador is absent and his son who now in charge has been expelled from a dozen countries as well as the continent of Africa. The audience will wonder what can possibly happen next?
