An employment network to assist community members who are unemployed or underemployed is open to residents who are looking for a job. The Next Steps Employment Network meets every Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Pauline Haass Public Library.
The network gives people the opportunity to share tips with other job-seekers about resume-building, interview skills or finding the right job. The library will provide use of computers, resume templates and other resources to assist individuals with job searches.
The network was formed by the Valuing Diversity Task Force. The Hamilton School District is one member of the task force which also includes the Cooperating Churches of Sussex, Sussex Area Chamber of Commerce, Village of Sussex, Pauline Haass Public Library, Sussex Area Outreach Services and other community organizations.
