All students in prekindergarten through 12th grade are required to have the Hepatitis B vaccination before the start of the 2004-05 school year.
In addition, the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services requires the chicken pox vaccine for incoming prekindergarten, kindergarten and first grade students.
