COVID-19 Response Information:

During the holiday break, we have continued to work closely with the Waukesha County Public Health Department to monitor the spread of COVID-19. The number of positive cases among students, staff and their families has increased, and community spread continues to be high – likely due to the highly contagious nature of the Omicron variant. At this point, we are aware of a number of employees who are in isolation or quarantine, which will create staffing challenges when school reopens.

For these reasons, all K-12 students, staff and visitors in all Hamilton School District buildings – including the Hamilton Fine Arts Center – will be required to wear masks through at least Jan. 28. At this time, there are no capacity restrictions or social distance guidelines in effect.

General Statement:

The Hamilton School District recognizes that a pandemic is present in the community. We will closely monitor the spread of COVID within the community, and if the positive 7-day average rises above 9.5 cases for three consecutive days, we will reassess a mask requirement. The positive 7-day average, along with other information, is posted on the COVID Response Page on the district website.

Purchase Tickets Online

To purchase tickets online, click “Purchase Tickets” on the show below. Service fees apply for all ticket orders (except complimentary tickets). Online tickets sales are available until one hour prior to the start of the show. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Purchase Tickets by Phone

You may purchase tickets by calling 706-550-1416 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Service fees apply for all ticket orders. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Purchase Tickets at the Box Office

You may purchase tickets at the box office beginning 30 minutes prior to the show. Service fees apply for credit card transactions. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.


Patrons are discouraged from bringing any child younger than 6 to performances, unless that particular performance is geared toward or appropriate for younger audiences. If your children attend a performance with you, a ticket will need to be purchased for them. Due to fire code restrictions, baby carriers and strollers are not allowed in the theatre. Food and beverages are not allowed in the theatre at any time. This includes juice cups and children’s snacks.

Group sales

Groups of 10 or more may save when they book a group sale in advance for HFAC performing arts series events. For group ticket sales, please contact Lyn Hulgan.

Golden Agers Passes

The Hamilton School District offers Golden Agers Passes to residents and students’ grandparents who are 60 years and older. The passes allow people to attend student performances that occur in the district — such as athletic, music and drama events — free of charge. The passes are not intended for events in the Hamilton Fine Arts Center that involve outside groups.  Those who do not have a Golden Agers Pass can obtain them Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. in the Public Information Office at Hamilton High School. 

To redeem your pass for ticketed district events, please show your Golden Agers Pass along with a photo I.D. at the door beginning 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. Tickets are subject to availability.

Service Animals

Service animals trained to provide a specific service are the only animals allowed in the HFAC. For the safety and comfort of the service animal and their owner, special seating with additional space accommodations are provided in Row A and Row O. When to arrive and late arrivals

The theatre opens 30 minutes prior to the start of each show. Out of courtesy to the performers and audience, patrons arriving after the performance has begun will be seated at the discretion of House Management, possibly not until the first intermission.
