Online meal benefits application

1. Log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal
2. From the menu on the left, select Applications/Forms
3. Select Meal Benefits Application
4. Set up an electronic PIN for an E-Signature if you have not already done so
5. Complete and submit the application

You will not be able to submit the application until it is complete and signed with your E-Signature PIN number

Hard copy application

If you prefer to fill out a hard copy of the application, you can print one off here or request one from your school’s office. Keep in mind that the processing rate will be slower for the hard copies. Mail in completed paper applications to:
