Hamilton High School is recognized for doing outstanding work to welcome more students into Advanced Placement (AP) courses and supporting them on the path to college success. Hamilton has earned a Silver distinction on the 2024 AP School Honor Roll. The Honor Roll metrics account for criteria in three categories: College Culture, College Credit and College Optimization – of which Hamilton received the distinction of Silver, Platinum and Platinum respectively.
Hamilton administered 899 AP exams during the 2023-24 school year when there were a total of 551 AP Students. Eighty-seven percent of those students earned a 3 or higher on an AP exam.
