Dairyland Bus Company
If you need to contact Dairyland Bus Company after school hours with bussing concerns, such as a late bus, please call the terminal at 262-253-4060.
Before you call, please wait at least 10 minutes after the scheduled drop-off time. This gives the Dairyland staff time to receive updates as buses make their way back to the terminal.
When you speak with a Dairyland representative, please be ready to provide the following information:
- Bus route number
- Student’s first and last name
- Student’s school
Traversa My Ride K-12 App
The My Ride K-12 app provides tracking information on your smartphone:
- Real-Time Location: See the location of your student’s bus on a map as it travels its route
- Estimated Arrival Time (ETA): Get projections for when the bus will reach your stop
- Custom Notifications: Receive alerts regarding significant delays and route changes
Setting up your account takes just a few minutes. Please follow these steps to download the app and link your student(s):
- Step 1: Download the App
- Search for My Ride K-12 from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store
- Step 2: Create Your Account
- Upon launching the app, you may receive a prompt requesting you to allow notifications, select “allow”
- Follow the on-screen prompts to register your account with your email
- Once you receive the confirmation email that you are registered, follow the prompts to return to the portal
- Search for your school district, enter Hamilton School District
- Step 3: Link Your Student(s)
- Click “Add Student” to find your student
- You will need your student’s Student ID Number
- Student ID Numbers can be found using the Infinite Campus Parent Portal
- Repeat this process for all students you have enrolled in the district
- Note, 99 should be selected as the ‘Grade Name’ for all Willow Springs students
- Step 4: Enable Notifications
- Go to your device settings
- Search for “My Ride K-12”
- Enable “allow notifications”
- Device settings may vary so be sure to look for any additional options
