Dear Templeton Middle School Families,
Welcome to the 2025-26 school year! Just as school staff are busy preparing for another exciting school year, we want to remind our families about a few important things you need to do before the start of school.
Online registration
Families will again use Infinite Campus to verify student information and pay school fees. Online registration will be open July 28 – August 4. If you experience difficulties with registration or need to set up an Infinite Campus parent portal account, you can email campushelp@hamilton.k12.wi.us.
Please add these important school dates to your calendar:
- July 28 – Aug. 4 Infinite Campus open for registration information verification and fee payment
- Aug. 11 Student schedules posted on Infinite Campus starting at 8 am
- Aug. 11 – 22 Locker set-up 8 am-3 pm
- Aug. 12 Student pictures taken 8 am-3 pm
- Aug. 14 Operation Backpack distribution, 10 am–noon or 5-7 pm
- Aug. 20 Student pictures taken 11:30 am-6 pm
- Aug. 27 Info Night for Houses 7B, 7W, 8S & 8W, 4-5:30 pm
- Aug. 28 Info Night for Houses 7G, 7S, 8B & 8G, 4-5:30 pm
- Sept. 2 First day of school for Templeton students. Classes begin at 7:30 am

More registration details including school deadlines, events, classroom supply lists, additional school forms and registration material can be found on the Templeton webpage. Please note these important items:
- Parents dropping off students – If your child does not take the bus to school, be sure to check out the procedures and locations for student drop-off.
- In-person or mailed school fees – If it is necessary to mail in or pay fees in person, make checks payable to Hamilton School District.
- Free and reduced lunch – Apply online through Infinite Campus. Families who do not have Internet access should contact the district’s Nutrition Services Department at (262) 246-1973 x1142 to obtain a paper application.
- Immunizations – If your child is registering for the first time in the district or has received required immunizations over the summer, please download the Wisconsin Immunization Record, complete it and send it to the school office. Uncertain about whether your child needs additional immunizations? Please refer to the schedule for required immunizations or contact your healthcare provider.
- Medication drop-off – Medication that needs to be administered during the school day should be delivered to the school health room before the start of school. Learn more about the process for medication drop-off.
