Templeton Student Council has success at state conference

Templeton Middle School Student Council experienced success at the Wisconsin Association of School Councils (WASC) Junior and Middle School State Conference. It was a two-day event that took place in Madison for more than 1,000 students across the state.StandingBulldogWord

Accomplishments include:

  • Leah Balsbaugh was elected 2017-18 Region IV secretary;
  • Matthew Lehner won first place in the speech competition;
  • Ronny Ruedinger won second place in the writing competition; and
  • Templeton Student Council won first place for best project, scrapbook and banner.

Attending the conference with the 20 Templeton students were Templeton Student Council Advisors Ashley Pfeifer, Tim Cunningham and Mary Caucutt. Templeton hosted five of the 20 sectionals during the conference.
