Position Goal: To assist the district office with contract tracing duties as well as assist in the reception area.  Provide data management to support district nurses in activities and play a role in compiling and contacting individuals per Waukesha County guidelines; provide quality service while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications: Two years of study at an institution of higher education, an associate degree (or higher), or high school graduation.  Ability to work effectively in a team environment; experience in general office work to include: ability to use a variety of software products effectively and accurately; ability to maintain accurate records; and demonstrate strong problem solving, organizational and multi-task oriented skills; and such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education finds appropriate and acceptable.

Data and Assessment Specialist, Hamilton School District

Position Goal: Responsible for coordinating and analyzing all student administrative information (demographics, attendance, grades, health, discipline, etc.). This includes ensuring schools maintain student information in line with local, state, federal laws, and rules. Handles all student data reporting needs including district level assessment planning, support, and educational resources that tie into the student information system.

Qualifications: Associate degree: Information systems user support/training, database systems, or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Possesses experience working directly with school district level state reporting; project management experience preferred; experience in Microsoft Office, GSuite applications, various database software applications (Infinite Campus); data-mining/analysis software and communications software; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students, customer support representatives and the general public; ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing; ability to train and assist users of the system.

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 per year plus generous benefit package.
