Appropriate for parents with children of all ages

The teen years are about finding a balance between connecting with friends and staying true to oneself, breaking the ties of parental dependence and developing new connections of interdependence. Two of the most important and often most difficult things for parents to do during the teen years is to stay clear, strong and confident within themselves and enforce consistent yet flexible, healthy boundaries.

In this workshop, Patty Jackson will share success stories of both parenting and coaching teens and two reusable tools you can use to help yourself resist the urge to over-help — or lash out — and instead confidently meet teen challenges as the best influencer you can be.
