David Jacobi, Ph.D., will discuss stress in children and differentiate it from anxiety disorders. Specific information and tools will be given on how to deal with stress and anxiety. He will also discuss cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and how it can be effective in treating anxiety disorders. Jacobi will end with a discussion on family accommodations of anxiety. This will be a clinical and educational presentation.
