The Hamilton School District will again offer its popular Summer Opportunities Program designed to provide enrichment, enjoyment, skill maintenance and development for students entering 4K through grade 8. It also provides middle school and high school enrichment opportunities, credit make-up courses, strength and agility training and driver’s education.
Summer school for students will begin June 18 and end July 18 for enrichment courses. Some high school classes have different schedules. Classes will run Monday through Friday with a vacation day on July 4 through July 6. Transportation will be available for a fee.
Brochure and registration procedures will be available the week of February 19 on the district’s website at www.hamiltondist.k12.wi.us, under “Student Learning & Services.”
Class requests can be made Feb. 26 through March 16. Beginning on March 20, students will be randomly scheduled into classes based upon their requests and class capacity. Families requesting popular courses should provide additional options when making class requests for their child. Families will be able to view student schedules and pay class fees on April 16.
