Hamilton drama presents “Cinderella Enchanted”

Experience Rodgers and Hammerstein’s classic tale of love as Hamilton High School Drama Department presents “Cinderella Enchanted” April 28 through May 1 at the Hamilton Fine Arts Center (HFAC). Shows are at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday.

“Cinderella Enchanted” is the musical classic love story about a prince and his princess. A timeless enchantment of the magical fairy tale that brings to life the character of Cinderella. Through the story, Cinderella meets her fairy godmother who helps Cinderella go to the ball and meet the prince. At the ball, Cinderella loses her glass slipper and returns after an enchanting night to her cottage and horrible, self-serving family. With the obstacles of Cinderella’s stepsisters and stepmother, Cinderella has one more chance to escape – the glass slipper she leave behind.

Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students under 18 years of age and senior citizens over age 60. They may be purchased 30 minutes prior to the show at the HFAC box office. Please note only cash and checks can be accepted at the ticket window. Tickets may also be purchased online at the HFAC website www.hamiltonfineartscenter.com.
