Templeton students win county Elks essay contest PDF Print

Templeton Middle School students Miranda Simes and Makayla Emmer took first and second places, respectively, in the Waukesha County Elks Club essay contest, “Why I’m Proud to Be An American.”

Simes earned $20 and her essay will be forwarded to the state level. Emmer earned $15 for her winning essays. Both students are in sixth grade.
