Templeton students to perform at veterans' center PDF Print

The Templeton Middle School Eighth Grade Show Choir will perform a selection of patriotic songs Nov. 16 at 9 a.m. for the veterans at the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 5000 West National Ave., Milwaukee.

Selections will include standards such as “God Bless America,” “Yankee Doodle,” “You're a Grand Old Flag” and “When Johnny Comes Marching Home” as well as some contemporary tunes. The concert will culminate with “The Armed Forces Salute,” a medley featuring the anthems of each armed services branch.

Jaye Mier is the choral teacher at Templeton Middle School.
