Hamilton High School’s Club Unique will host the “Voices United” lock-in beginning at 4 p.m. Nov. 4 and ending at noon Nov. 5. The lock-in is an activity open to area high school students interested in learning about and discussing diversity issues.

A variety of icebreaker and social activities are planned, along with facilitated sessions that focus on elements of diversity. Students also will have a one-hour discussion session about a teen issue, led by a teen facilitator.

Pizza, open gym, a dance, movies and games will round out the night and early morning hours. Students will be able to participate in yoga exercises in the morning before breakfast and more fun activities prior to their noon departure.

The $20 cost for the event includes a T-shirt, food and all activities. High school students interested in this event may contact Erica Bova-Brown at (262) 246-6471 ext. 1170 or e-mail her at bovaer@hamilton.k12.wi.us.

Hamilton High School is located at W220 N6151 Town Line Road, Sussex.
