Tuesday, November 11, 2003 6:00 pm
Hamilton High School students in Robin Tessereau’s German III and IV classes will learn about the relationship of a Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra’s (MSO) performance to their studies.

Students will see the MSO’s production of Michael Tilson Thomas’ “From the Diary of Anne Frank” and Russian composer Serge Prokofiev’s “Symphony No. 5” on Nov. 21. Before attending the performance at the Performing Arts Center, students will hear from two MSO educators who will visit their classes Nov. 17 to explain the historical, cultural, literary and musical significance of the music they will hear.

Josh Richmond and Sarah Wright will help German students understand the music that deals with experiences of the 1940s. They will present to classes from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and again from noon to 1:35 p.m.

Hamilton High School is located at W220 N6151 Town Line Rd., Sussex.
